The Samsung SmartThings Home Monitoring Kit is on sale for $99.99 on Amazon. This kit has mostly sold for around $130 since the last time it dropped to $100 during a sale earlier in October.
This kit includes the SmartThings Hub, but it is worth noting there's a newer generation of the Hub available now. The 2nd generation is one of the all-time great smart home hubs, though, so you won't miss the upgrade too much. The kit also comes with two Multipurpose Sensors, a Motion Sensor and an outlet so you can connect wirelessly with a range of smart devices and have them work together seamlessly. Combine all these things together to keep a close eye on your home, get notifications on your phone, and keep everything under control.
