have you tried enable install from unknown sources? If u dont know how. go to setting then security, tap enable install from unknown source, done. if it still doesn’t work, this app probably not compatible for your device.
as for the slow network, go to setting then cellular network then preferred network, from there pick one of the available network. GSM is slow so pick either LTE or WCDMA, depend on which available for you. that’s should do it. if your network disappear. just set it back to default setting. hope this helps good luck n peace out.
